CHARACTER INFORMATION
NAME: Lana Baumgartner
CANON: Marvel 1610
AGE: Lana's age in canon is sort of nebulous. In her first appearances, she was approximately 15. Then she disappeared for about two years before showing up again at about 17. It's been around a year since then, so let's go ahead and say 18.
CANON POINT: after All-New Ultimates #12
BACKGROUND: marvel wiki link; rundown of the Ultimate universe
INCENTIVE: Lana would ask for one simple thing: to change her mom's jail sentence from life without parole to... well, not life without parole. She understands that her mom is a criminal and has been since before Lana was born, and that Lori wasn't the greatest parental influence, but she's still the only family Lana's got left since her grandmother died (headcanon because when Lana was ~15 she was living with her grandmother, then when she was ~17 there's no mention of a grandmother anywhere and Lana is living alone). Lana just wants her mom to have a chance at a normal life.
FIT: Lana is a very sex-positive teenager. She loves gossiping about her friends' love lives, and dishing about who's dating who et cetera and so forth. She herself has been in a number of relationships that ended rather poorly (both her ex and her current boyfriend died right in front of her in horrific ways), so she would love the chance to have a happier chance at intimacy. Plus, at least one of her boyfriends was a flaky drug dealer; she could do so much better. As for her understanding of informed consent, Lana has first-hand knowledge of what it's like to have your free will taken from you. In retaliation for the New Ultimates interfering with the Serpent Skulls gang, Skulls member Diamondback killed aforementioned flaky drug dealer boyfriend in front of Lana, then dosed her with a mind control drug and made her do various awful things (like withdraw all her savings from an ATM, then attack her teammates). Lana fought hard to break out of Diamondback's control, and while she hates the bitch who took her freedom from her, later, when she had the chance to kill Diamondback, she chose not to, because she knew that doing so would only sink her down to Diamondback's level. In the context of consent for sex, Lana would treat that with the same sensitivity. She would never take someone's ability to say no away from them, and her... explosive personality means she would fight back against anyone who tried anything on her without her consent.

ANYTHING ELSE? Lana is a mutant/mutate/superpowered individual (the exact nature of her powers makes classifying her in Marvel terms difficult). She has the ability to create explosions from her hands, and by targeting these blasts downward she can fly. Long story short, she has kablooie powers. Eudio's regular power restrictions of "only the size of a small car" would be a fine limitation to her destructive power, but I would like her to retain the ability to fly. If she has to register her hands as a deadly weapon, she'll do that too.
